Error:
Lot hold tables do not exist but the lot holds module is installed in Great Plains. Lot hold functionality is not available.
Solution:
This message is received when logging into Microsoft GP. The Lot Hold .net module is checking for the existance of the HQMS_InventoryHold table and other assorted HQMS tables. The most common reason for this message is that there are multiple GP companies that a user can log into but the QES Upgrader setup application, which creates QES tables and security, has not been run on all of the GP companies.
Even though you may be licensed for Lot Management in only one GP company you must run the QES Upgrader in all companies.
